Concentrated Sweetener

Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener is a non-calorie sugar substitute and a sweetening compound that is 300 times sweeter than natural sugar. It is health-friendly as it contains basically non-nutritive sweeteners such as Sucralose, Acesulfame k and Aspartame, approved by World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) etc.
Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener is approved by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).

Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener tastes like Sugar. It has a high degree of stability and does not flash even at high temperatures. Its sweetness remains stable within the life span of the product. Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener is also Saccharine-free and therefore has no bitter after-taste.

ECONOMIC BENEFIT
Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener is more economical for production as it saves 30-70% sweetening cost compared to natural sugar depending on the product for which it is used.

DIRECTION FOR USE
Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener is suitable for production of Foods, Beverages, Dairy products, Confectionery and Pastries.

BREAD: 0.4g of Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener could be used in place of 110g of Sugar in one 1kg Flour or 0.2g of Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener could be used together with 55g of Sugar in 1kg of Flour.

SNACKS: 0.4g of Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener could be used in place of 120g of Sugar in 1kg o Flour, or 0.2g of Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener could be used together with 60g of Sugar in 1kg of Flour.

YOGHURT & BEVERAGES: 0.15g of Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener could be used in place of 40g of Sugar in one litre of drink, or used in combination with Sugar at a ratio of 50:50.

PHARMACEUTICAL & OTHER USES: Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener is added as recipients (Inert substance) used to make drugs easier to take in tablet or liquid form.

Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener is used to mask unpleasant tastes in some medications because it does not react with the active ingredient as natural sugars sometimes do.

Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener can be used in the production of toothpaste, mouthwash, breath mint, sugarless gum, over-the-counter liquid antacids and similar personal oral care products.

PACKAGING: Ezbon Concentrated Sweetener is packed 500g sachet x12, 1kg sachet x 12 and 12 kg direct in a carton.
